Women At The Finish Line And Women In The Race

Is there a shortage of successful women embracing and coaching women that desire to have what the have already achieved?

Every successful female entrepreneur or business woman once was younger and less experienced but learned lessons and perfected their craft. It is important to observe and learn from both the positive and negative of a road already traveled.
Success looks, feels and effects all of us differently. What works for one may not work for another. Sharing ideas is not the same as adopting new ones. Although change is sometimes good it is not always necessary. The saying "Don't fix what isn't broken" is so true yet not always followed. The process of accomplishing goals or fulfilling dreams can sometimes be so overwhelming that we tend to erase everything and start all over instead of altering what isn't working and continuing what is. We compare our failures to role models successes and loose individuality. It is important to always remember personal purpose and not loose it while trying to define it to the rest of the world. Variety is good and competition should be healthy.

Investing in future business for ourselves or other women is empowering. It is expected for women to invest in their children and family, their households or even big events like their weddings or anniversary. However it is less expected to use the same energy or resources to invest back in themselves, their business ventures or business ventures of other women. In order for any business to be successful there has to be support not only enthusiastically but of course, monetarily.

Women have come a long way and in order to go any further we have to encourage, embrace and empower one another.
