A group of young children (ages 2-9) came out to have fun and celebrate Summer with their families!!
Powerful Woman's Potential organized and hosted a Kick Off to Summer community event on Sat. 6/21/2014, the day after the Summer season officially started.
There was bounce house fun, Fancy Nancy face painting, water play, delicious fish fry, arts & crafts and much more!!
We were also collecting donations for women and children in need!
A great turn out afforded a decent contribution to The Atlanta Day Shelter for Women & Children. We were able to send boxes of clothes, baby food and misc household items and toys.
Everyone that came out enjoyed themselves.
We are excited to invite the community again soon coming up in the Fall!
